This time AI's will fight in really extreme conditions, they don't have enough space for maneuvers and large armies, exploration is practically impossible, and every neighbor can suddenly become an irresistible power. Trapped empires like snakes devour each other, trying to absorb more and more to grow stronger and bigger than anybody else, but even biggest snake must be afraid of the awakened dragon.
