From Season 14 (19821983). It's another merry Sesame jam session!
Scene 1: Bob, Olivia, Big Bird, Telly, Herry and Forgetful Jones get the arbor ready for a party occurring tonight, but don't have any ideas on a theme. Big Bird thinks they can have a reading party, Herry wants to have weightlifting party, while Forgetful can't remember his idea. Bob comes up with having a singing party. Some musicians come outside as Bob starts singing "Let's Sing a Song That Everybody Knows." Big Bird chimes in with "The Bear Went Over the Mountain," Herry adds "The Itsy Bitsy Spider," Telly sings "The Alphabet Song" and Forgetful sings "George Washington Bridge" before they all head into the big finale.
Scene 2: More folks have joined the party, as Big Bird leads them all in "Sing After Me."
Scene 3: David welcomes the Honkers to the party, who want to sing "Bingo." During the verses when the letters become blanked out, the Honkers honk instead.
Scene 4: Susan kicks off another song everyone can participate in "I Got Me a Rooster." Oscar nearly throws off the song by asking Telly to imitate the sound of a giraffe. (I have totally forgotten about this song since adulthood.)
Scene 5: Maria takes a turn and sings "Tongue Twister."
Scene 6 (final): The party is wrapped up, but David thinks they have time for one last song and leads everyone in singing "The More We Get Together," before they all segue into a finale reprise of "Let's Sing a Song That Everybody Knows." Maria announces the sponsors.
