豆腐排骨煲 Clay Pot Tofu with Pork Rib **字幕CC Eng. Sub**

材料
排骨 700克
豆腐 2件
薑、蔥 、蒜頭適量
桂皮、月桂葉、八角、生抽、老抽、糖、鹽、熱水 適量

做法
1⃣豆腐用淡鹽水浸泡分鐘去除豆腥味煎至兩面金黃盛出備用。
2⃣排骨洗淨吸乾水煎至金黃反轉下薑片、蒜頭煎至另一面也金黃下桂皮、月桂葉、八角、生抽、老抽、糖、鹽、熱水小火炆30分鐘。
3⃣砂鍋底放薑片及蔥白放入豆腐及排骨小火炆分鐘。

Ingredients:
Pork Ribs 700g
Tofu 2 pieces
Ginger, Spring Onions, Garlic as needed
Cinnamon Stick, Bay Leaves, Star Anise as needed
Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Sugar, Salt, Hot Water as needed

Cooking Directions:
1⃣ Soak the tofu in lightly salted water for 5 minutes to remove any bad beany taste, then fry until both sides turn golden brown. Set aside.
2⃣ Wash the pork ribs and pat dry. Fry until both sides turn golden brown, then add ginger slices, garlic, and continue frying until the other side turns golden brown as well. Add cinnamon, bay leaves, star anise, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, and hot water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
3⃣ Place ginger slices and spring onion in the bottom of a clay pot, then add the tofu and pork ribs. Simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes.
