The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s office will provide a yearend financial review based on of the Palm Beach County ACFR and PAFR for fiscal year ended September 30, 2023. The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is prepared in accordance with Section 218.32 and 218.39, Florida Statutes.

This report is required and is filed with the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) annually. The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is a condensed version of the ACFR. This report is optional and is filed with GFOA annually.
