For today we are resetting the Closet Area! It’s time to switch out the winter clothes and put in the summer clothes! We are also diving deeper into how we are recovering in hoarding disorder. Beneath every behavior, there is a feeling. Beneath every feeling there is a need. We need to meet that need and understand why it is triggering the behavior. Once I understood the need, worked through the actual problem, my behaviors naturally started to change!
