This box was designed in the Aspire software by Vectric. The interlocking sides are a great way to CNC a box and not worry about screwing or nailing the pieces together.

CNC PRO TIP: When making pieces that are meant to fit together, don't forget to give at least one of the elements an "allowance offset." Those adjust the size of the piece slightly enough to allow them to fit together and maintain the shape ratio of the part. For this cut we used an allowance of .015" for the side pieces. Alternatively, we could have given all the parts an allowance of .00525" for the same result.
