Welcome in Packers (and Panthers) fans!

This is a film review of what the Packers are going to go up against in the Carolina Panthers. I reviewed film of the last four games of the Panthers and this is what I took away. I chose to use clips from their game against Tampa Bay because the Bucs run a similar style offense to what GB runs.

I expect the Packers to win (2017). It will be a close game and dependent on the turnover situation. Jordan Love is going to have to handle the pressure from Ejiro Evero’s defense and make accurate reads to beat the complex, coverage defense. Despite having multiple coverages, the Panthers seem to rely on Cover 2 often. Matt LaFleur should be exploiting the zone defense with plays that flood one side of the field, or a Smash concept to stress the flat and 2 Hi defenders. The Packers should try to run outside zones against this front seven.

Defensively, the Packers need to pressure the middle of the offensive line. Disguise their blitzes, and get in Young's face. He is not great with pressure this season.
