Coast Guard Swaps Buoys on Chesapeake Bay
The crew of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter James Rankin swap out the summer buoys for the seasonal winter buoys on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, Dec. 12, 2019. The seasonal buoys stay in until approximately late February to early March.
