Ingredientes:
400 gr de Queso crema o Mascarpone.
450 ml de Crema para batir.
60 a 80 gr de Azúcar glass ( yo use 70 gr 6 a 9 cdas).
160 a 200 gr de Chocolate blanco (yo use 180gr).
60 gr de coco rallado.
80 gr de almendras tostadas y picadas.
200 ml de leche o Café para pasar las galletas.
300 gr de Savoiardi/Galletas para Tiramisu.
Para decorar:
Coco rallado.
Almendras tostadas.
Chocolate rallado.
Ingredients:
400 gr of cream cheese or Mascarpone.
450 ml of whipping cream.
60 to 80 gr of icing sugar (I used 70 gr 6 to 9 tbsp).
160 to 200 g of white chocolate (I used 180 g).
60 g of grated coconut.
80 g of toasted and chopped almonds.
200 ml of milk or coffee to pass the cookies.
300 gr of Savoiardi/Cookies for Tiramisu.
To decorate:
Grated coconut.
Toasted almonds.
Grated chocolate.
