How to make a Coffee Cream with Egg Yolks! Very STABLE and FIRM, using a MANUAL BLENDER, it is Perfect for Filling, Covering or Decorating Cakes, Cakes and Cupcakes.

It is a cream that holds well at room temperature, but not high temperatures.
This cream keeps in the fridge for 3 days.

ACTIVATE SUBTITLES

Ingredients:
70 ml of water
3 egg yolks
1 envelope of vanilla sugar
250 g of sweetened condensed milk
400 g soft butter
100 ml of hot milk
3 tablespoons of instant coffee
