Coffee-Mascarpone White Chocolate Cream Frosting / Just mix and pipe!

This silky coffeemascarpone frosting is the perfect addition to your sweets, desserts, cupcakes or cakes. Pipes well and unlike some other frostings, does not include tons of sugar so it is very well balanced in sweetness.
It can be quickly whipped up in 5 minutes with just 4 simple ingredients, and you don’t need any butter!

If you use a cream with a sufficiently high fat content 35% or even 40% the additional water will not cause any problems with whipping the cream properly. The lower fat content of your cream, the harder it is to whip.


Ingredients:
For the cream:
• 80 g – 2,8 oz – ½ cup – white chocolate melted
• 150 g – 5,3 oz – heavy cream
• 2 tsp – of instant coffee granules, mixed with 23 tsp hot water and cooled
• 150 g – 5,3 oz cream cheese – mascarpone
