哈咯~婆婆又来咯今天分享一个小孩子特喜欢的料理 可乐鸡色泽诱人鸡肉嫩滑香甜~
材料 Ingredients
800克的鸡翅 800g of chicken wings
一小块姜 a piece of ginger
一小段葱 some spring onion
一汤匙酱油 1 tbsp of soy sauce
一汤匙蚝油 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
一汤匙绍兴酒或其他料酒也可以 1 tbsp of shaoxing wine(or any cooking wine)
一罐可乐 a tin of cola
*有需要的可以加黑酱油调色
