COLD LEMON TART 🍋 WITHOUT COOKING Quick and easy

Finally the heat seems to have arrived, this year it was long in coming! I wanted to welcome him with a good LEMON DESSERT, FRESH and FAST!
This sort of TART (I called it that because of its similar appearance, but it has nothing of the tart) is very quick to make and by keeping it in the freezer it can be prepared well in advance and take it out just in case! Fresh, fast, smart and YUMMY!

It can be kept for 23 days in the fridge, or in the freezer for more than a month.

Ingredienti:STAMPO 24 CM
Ladyfingerstype biscuits
Powdered sugar
2 lemons
2 tablespoons Condensed milk

For the lemon cream:
500ml Milk
2 eggs
40 g Corn starch
90 g Sugar
2 grated lemons
Juice of 1/2 lemon

For the Bagna:
400ml Water
100 ml Limoncello liqueur (or other)
4 teaspoons Sugar
Lemon peel
