In this video, I upgrade the headlight of my Coleman BT200X mini bike from an incandescent lightbulb to a P15D LED lightbulb, improving its range and brightness.

The headlight also points at a useless angle towards the ground, so I figure out how to fix that.

I also fabricate an instrument cluster plate to hold that I'll use to hold the tachometer and a GPS speedometer I plan on designing and building in the near future. Watch as I walk you through the process stepbystep and share some tips and tricks along the way!
