One thing I noticed while purchasing white gas to use in the stove to make smoke bombs is that is that the Coleman branded “Camp Fuel” had no mention of the generic name for what was inside it, white gas. I think that this is intentional such that consumers who know they are looking for Coleman Fuel don’t get the confirmation instore that there is a cheaper option.

I actually made a version of this that at the end of the editing process I realized I had not actually read what was on the containers of the fuel, just assumed based on what I had convinced myself the containers said. It is mostly the same (the second version is much the same) but I did have to change the arguments somewhat (and soon after) which in someways made them better but other ways made it less strong:    • White Gas
