Welcome, wild ones. I'm Anahata. A Mother, an artist and a deeply connected woman to the nuance of life.

I'm a Spiritual Mentor, Trauma Recovery Coach and Psychic Medium. I was born with the gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance (hear, see, feel, know) and between the spiritual gifts and being on the neurodivergent spectrum, this work has essentially become a part of my every day life.

I started this channel to explore past my comforts of expressing my experiences in dealing with narcissistic abuse with family and relationships, surviving child se*ual traumas and religious dogma. The years of uprooting generational dysfunction and abuse has led me into my dharma; to write, to speak and alchemize the suffering and pain I endured.

The healing journey is not for the faint of heart and requires vulnerability and a radical selftrust. Please listen to my content with discernment as it may be triggering, but as we all come to learn, triggers are the catalyst for creating selfawareness and the healing can commence!
