This week's video touches on the good and the bad sides of what some disabled performers experience. I got some incredibly supportive emails from the colleges I am looking at applying for, which made me feel so positive about my future. Unfortunately, Spotlight have allowed job auditions to specify that they don't want to see disabled people for roles. Although, this has now changed the damage is done, and a lot of disabled performers are feeling unwanted and hurt by this.
