Prenatal Massage is performed on a massage table in a sidelying position. The mothertobe receives gentle work designed to reduce the discomforts of pregnancy for women in any trimester. Techniques focus on reducing stress, fatigue, anxiety and depression, as well as decreasing swelling, joint pain and muscle aches.
