Dahab, the perfect place for freediving with glassclear water and incredible busy reefs. Big thank to my friend Mima to be my Model and glide through the Eel Garden elegantly and keep me company during my first night dive :)

The Lighthouse area is a bit murky, but if you swim a bit far out and turn left, you will find the one of the most beautiful coral reefs with so many small colourful fishies. In the early morning, before it gets windy, you can find so many unicorn fish feeding around 8 m epth. But my favorite is the Eel garden with all different kinds of Eels and Lionfish. At dawn time I even saw a spotted eagle ray swimming in the sand dunes. The contrast of the white sand, the colorful reef and the deep blue water makes it the most beautiful dive place that I ever been. There are thousands of vibrant orange perches dancing and you can find some really cute nemos hiding between the anemones.
