Greetings, everyone! Here's some new artwork and animation to keep the summer rolling. A few years back, I created a short artistic/animated rendition of the Columbia Pictures logo. While a decent visual at the time, I was never truly satisfied with the end result. I knew that I would eventually create a better visual, so what better time to create that new art than during Columbia's 100th anniversary?

In result, here's my new art and animation for my homage to the centennial celebration of one of the motion picture industry's big studios. I ended up spending the past couple weeks drawing and illustrating my take on the Columbia logo and its many changes throughout the years. It was a lot of work, including creating those animation frames!
