This is underneath the bridge linked below. Walk towards the newer side of the city in the pedestrian walkway underneath this bridge and you can't miss it.

The music is from a busker. There was a great moment (not filmed, alas!) where Elena played 'Fur Elise' on one of these pianos and the busker played it on his guitar in response. We clapped and gave him some change.
