Common boa eating rat (part 2)
This is my Common boa swallowing a large rat. I feed all of my snakes rodents that have been frozen and thawed. This prevents transmission of most diseases and parasites from the rodent to the snake, as well as preventing the rodent from injuring or killing the snake in defense.
Her name is Akasha, she is just shy of 8 feet long, and weighs about 22 lbs.
