Microsoft Mike (previously known as Mark Lund) was one of the most "natural" sounding voices for Microsoft from the Windows 9x to Windows XP years besides Microsoft Sam.

This year, I discovered the earliest version of Microsoft Mike (Mark Lund) found in a video by Jake Gross called "Speech Synthesis Demonstration CD". Watch here. [   • Speech Synthesis Demonstration CD  ]

The file called "track76f" was found in the "wave" folder in a zip file called "SpeechCD", and originated in the "Speech Synthesis CDROM" page on Internet Archive. Visit here. [archive.org/details/speechcd]

Fun Fact: This is the default voice used for "‪@TheFormidableRobot‬" channel when narrating random Creepypasta stories, and also used for this channel when talking about random topics and other problems.

Anyway, you can download the L&H and Microsoft voices here.
