Hello. In this video we look at a comparison between Subsonic and Supersonic Aircraft. We see the why there are changes in Design for a Subsonic and Supersonic Aircraft with respect to the wing, fuselage and the engines that are used.
We also look at what is meant by Shock waves and the impact it has on the air properties across it. We also see what modifications need to be done on a supersonic aircraft because of the shock wave formation.
We finally see the process involved in designing a supersonic aircraft and the factors that need to be considered to make it commercially available to all.
