I talk about in my videos. It is made at least a week before I use it. When I use this bedding the worm consume it much faster and make castings faster no matter what kind of worm I am feeding. The components that I use are linked in the pinned comment for my amazon store. You can also go to a big box store and and get similar items. All that is needed is shredded paper and cardboard, coco coir/peat moss, kelp meal or liquid, molasses or some sugar and some water. 90% paper stuff and 10% coir peat. It takes about a 20gallon bag of paper and a gallon of wet coir peat. I use about 4 gallons of water to get the wrung out sponge consistency.
