In this video, we will use the COUNTIFS function to create a conditional rank formula.

Although Excel has a RANK function to rank values in a list, it does not have a RANKIF function for conditional rankings.

The good news is though that there are ways to do it. In this video the everversatile COUNTIFS function (one of the best around) gets the job done.
