One of the biggest struggles I see among my autistic/neurodivergent peers is a consistent lack of selfconfidence and selfesteem and the constant need to disappear and not take up space. And while it makes sense that we feel this way, it's sad because you deserve to exist and take up space! So here's a guide of sorts on why confidence and selfesteem are especially difficult for us and how to work on those things.
