Connecting Auxiliary Switches on Your Jeep

Follow
John’s Jeep Garage

This video is about how to program your preinstalled auxiliary switches (aux switch) and how to connect the accessory (fog lights, rock lights, light bars, air pump...) to the preinstalled aux wires directly connected through your fuse box.

This video does not include how to install any specific accessory except from the point of wiring them directly to the auxiliary wire selected. It also does not include connection to the (Optional) direct battery wire or ignition wire (both 10 amps) under your glove box on the passenger side fire wall. You can see these in your owner's manual if you have this options installed.

Please read your owner's manual for specific details on your aux switch wires and connection locations. You will need to determine which amp rating wire you need to connect your accessory you will be installing.

Please use caution and understand the risks when offroading and working on your vehicle. Use a professional service technician when necessary. Subscribe to our Channel for more Jeep modifications and maintenance tips.
