I would love you to plan, you know, your own walk to, to do a meditation, to do the meditation. And as you are walking, you know, it could be your back garden. It, it could be a little park close to you. It could be literally anywhere, and it doesn't have to be a big area at all. But as you're walking in, silence, connect to every single sound you hear, every vibration, every bird, even the voice of someone passing you or, or even the noise of a car. It's like to connect spiritually and to help to awaken you more within yourself.
