Asia, the largest continent, by size and population,
Though it doesn’t have the most countries, it’s made up of 51 nations

Europe has the European Union, made up of 27 countries
Also known as member states and EU countries

Africa has 54 countries, the most out of all the continents
Bounded by the Mediterranean and Red Seas, the Atlantic and Indian Oceans

North America, the third largest continent with Greenland, largest island in the world
And home to Lake Superior, the largest freshwater lake on Earth

South America is connected to North America through the Isthmus of Panama
And home to the largest river in the world, the Amazon

Australia is the only continent that’s also a country too,
It’s the only place in the wild where you’ll see kangaroos

Antarctica is mainly a polar desert and the southernmost continent on Earth
It’s frozen at the South Pole where it’s so cold, brrr

The Arctic, the shallowest and smallest ocean on Earth,
Frozen most of the year because of a climate that’s polar

The Southern Ocean is the only that touches three other oceans
And the only that surrounds an entire continent
