LTC – Relaxation to travel by air to visit NE region, J&K, Ladakh & Andaman Nocobar islands

• The Concession is extended for two years ie. Up to 25th September 2024
• Avail the concession by conversion of Home town LTC facility in a four years block period
• Hometown & HQ are the same, not allowed for conversion of Home town. Not eligible.
• If home town is situated in NER/A&N/J&K/Ladakh they will be allowed to visit other three places by conversion of Home town
• One conversion of Home town for the fresh recruits in a block of four years. They can avail the All India LTC also to visit these places.
• Employees not entitled to Air travel are allowed economy class by air lines between the following.
Between Kolkata/Guwahati for NER;
Between Kolkatta, Chennai/Visakhapatnam and Port Blair
Between Delhi/Amritsar and any place in J&K/Ladakh
• Non entitled employees from HQ to these places as per the entitlement
• Reimbursement will be subject to the conditions laid down in 29.8.2022
Tickets should be booked from the authorised agencies viz. Balmer, Ashok Travels & IRCTC
Cheapest fare available in a non stop flight
Should book tickets 21 days prior to date of travel.
Cancellation if any made should be within 24 hours.
Self booking tool should be encouraged.
• Air tickets should be booked through authorised travel agents , best available fares .
• Misuse of LTC will be viewed seriously and liable for disciplinary action
