Convert ArcGIS .lyr files to QGIS .qml styles using the new SLYR plugin (community version). This version works by converting esri .style databases to QGIS .xml styles. A big thanks to @NyallDawson of North Road (https://northroad.com/) for creating this. Sections are as follows:
