chuck mock tender steaks

I made this video for a carnivore group I help to moderate but I thought I would share it here too in case anyone is interested. These were 6.99 a pound. I had never purchased this cut of meat before but I’m always up for learning new things about how to cook nutrientdense and delicious foods. My son said, “This is a GREAT steak!
