Cooking Delicious Dinner Quick and Easy! Braised Cabbage with Chicken. Recipe by Always Yummy!

This recipe of braised cabbage with chicken never fails you. It is quick and easy to cook. Chicken comes out tender and cabbage melts in your mouth literally. You will need 30 minutes and simple ingredients to cook a delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
• chicken thigh fillet – 500 g
• white cabbage – 700 g
• carrot – 350 g
• onion – 300 g
• garlic – 4 cloves
• tomato paste – 3 tbsp
• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• fresh parsley – 10 g
• water – 150 ml
• sugar – 1 tsp
• salt – 2 tsp
You will need:
• carving board
• pan with a lid
• bowl
Preparation:
1. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
2. Add the chicken fillet cut into pieces, salt and pepper to taste, fry until golden over high heat for 34 minutes.
3. Take the chicken out into a bowl.
4. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and the onion, cut into half rings, into the pan and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
5. Add the carrot, grated coarsely, 1 tsp of salt and sugar each and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
6. Add the half of shredded cabbage and fry over medium heat for 23 minutes flipping occasionally.
7. Add the rest of cabbage and keep frying over low heat for 12 minutes.
8. Make a hole in the centre and add the tomato paste, fry over medium heat for a minute stirring constantly.
9. Add 150ml of water, stir and combine the cabbage with tomato paste, add 1 tsp of salt, minced garlic and cover with a lid, braise over low heat for 2025 minutes stirring occasionally. If water evaporates, add some more of it to avoid burning.
10. Add the fried chicken into the pan, combine all neatly and braise for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
11. Add the chopped parsley, stir and take off.
12. Serve the braised cabbage with chicken hot with sourcream to taste.
Advices:
1. You can take chicken breast fillet.
2. If you have young cabbage, reduce frying time twice.
3. You can use chopped tomatoes instead of paste or add none. In this case add 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
