Pad see ew sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp thick soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp water

In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together.

In another bowl, Marinate 1/4 lb of sliced protein with 2 tbsps of the sauce and 1 clove garlic, set aside for 1015 minutes.

In a large wok, heat up the oil until smoking. Add the meat and cook until almost done. Add 23 cups of veggies (I used baby broccoli and bok choy) and cook until any liquid has evaporated. Add 1 egg at the bottom and scramble with the meat and veggies. Toss in about 3 cups or 1/4 lb of noodles. You can use fresh or dried here (cook it through first until al dente), eyeball depending on your preference. Toss with the sauce and mix mix mix until done!
