"Vatrushka" Ingredients:

For the dough:
360 grams strong white bread flour
190 ml milk
50 grams sugar
1 egg
60 grams butter
5 grams dried active yeast
1/2 tsp salt

The filling:
250 grams cottage cheese
1 egg yolk
30 grams butter
20 grams sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Jam:
You can use the jam of your choice (we used cherry)

Streusel topping:
50 grams flour
25 grams butter
25 grams sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
