This week I give an update on the San Juan Solstice Waitlist situation, massive black bears, and running at sea level on vacation! Only 3 weeks left of the CDCU series! I am down to my final weeks of training for a 50 mile Ultramarathon, and this week was scattered with a big Black Bear encounter, and traveling to California, and trying to still get some miles in on vacation!
