This webinar, held March 26, 2024, features two talks about coproduction in environmental justice research from Mary I. Williams, M.Ed. from the Deep South Center for Environmental Justice, and Dr. Patrick Bixler, A.49 Principal Investigator from the University of Texas at Austin. Speakers present on the Communiversity Model and the process of reflexive coproduction. The session ends in a guided Q&A where participants discuss capacity building and science literacy training, overcoming institutional barriers to coproduction, and equitable compensation for community participation.
