Cord Cutting is the process of removing negative energy attachments from your life. Cords attach to your energy body when you have imbalanced relationships with other people, situations, or beliefs. A cord is the energetic manifestation of fear based thoughts, and is a passageway through which toxic energy can pollute you, or your energy can be drained from you. When we continue to engage in negative relationships, our cords to them can become more and more of a block to your vitality and peace of mind.

In addition to learning to stand up for yourself and implement healthful boundaries in your life, cord cutting is extremely helpful to fasttrack the healing and resolution of all negative relationships or situations. Once your energy is no longer engaging in negativity, your perspective on your situation shifts to one of peace and you are better able to see and act from a place of loving selfrespect and selfcare.

When we cut cords, the person or situation on the other end of them can feel the shift too. Often times when we cut old cords to past relationships, the other person feels it to the extent that they suddenly think of you out of the blue, and might reach out to you. If this happens, just make sure that you choose selfrespect and peace and do not allow your cords to reattach.

Some of us can even develop small "microcords" to strangers whose energy we pick up on in public spaces or in other parts of the world of which we are perhaps thinking due to situations of lack or suffering. If you are extremely empathic or clairsentient, this most likely applies to you. You are so compassionate and sensitive to the energy of others that you take on everyone in an attempt to uplift them. Remember, you are most powerful when you are clear and free of cords. There are much more effective ways to use your gifts to uplift others without it draining you or becoming a burden.

When you cut your cords you experience greater fulfillment, peace and health. Your projects, hopes and dreams come to much clearer and faster manifestation. Your path forward in life becomes unblocked and free flowing for you to celebrate with your highest level of vitality and joy. One of the soul's absolute deepest instincts is to be free to expand infinitely. Together in this meditation we will practice just that.
