The only constant in Knaven society was the scourge of piracy. In their massive ocean home world shipping lanes were long and virtually undefendable. Through the times of massive empires and chaotic lawlessness, piracy ran rampant. In the end a matrimony of piracy and government finally ruled the seas of Reef. The Knaven Privateering Coalition who recruited any and all pirates who wanted to join, and destroyed those who didn't. The Coalition will be using the Letters of Marque and Criminal Heritage Civics. Will these pirates achieve their goals of chaos, extortion, and control? Or will the galaxy finally achieve what no Knaven government ever could, stopping Knaven piracy once and for all.
