This great combination exercise helps correct both forward head posture & rounded shoulders. To correct your posture you, need to strengthen combinations of muscles. This posture exercise works two muscle combinations: the Deep Neck Flexors & thoracic Erector Spinae muscles (to straighten up your neck hump and hunch back) and the Serratus Anterior & Lower Trapezius muscles (to straighten up your shoulders). It comes with a bonus. Retracting the head of the humerus within the shoulder joint while doing this exercise can be a game changer for people with shoulder problems.
