vegan pancake recipe
1 and 1/2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (use more sugar if you want them sweeter)
1 cup of milk (i used oat milk)
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons vegan butter

mix dry ingredients first, add the liquids, mix again but don't over mix, it's okay if the batter has some lumps. p.s. using a crêpes/pancakes pan is very helpful for the cooking process
