The United Nations deadline for Iraq to leave Kuwait has passed. The United States and their coalition partners being the War in the Persian Gulf. The operation which was Operation Desert Shield is now known as Operation Desert Storm.

One of the advantages Americans have is the ability to fly at night, something the Iraqis cannot do. There is some flying that also cannot be detected. They are far less vulnerable to Iraqi handheld rockets.
