Organisations associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh have a list of demands ahead of the Budget 202425. Organisations like ‘Swadeshi Jagran Manch’ and ‘Bharatiya Kisan Sangh’ have demanded removal of GST on agricultural equipment, input tax credits, tax rebate for companies on more job creation, ‘robot tax’ on companies who use AI instead of manpower and allocation for a central agriculture university with research on cows. According to an Indian Express report, the government is holding consultations with many stakeholders. The same report reveals that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman held one such meeting with representatives of the Sangh last month.
