This modified Coyote Gulch Loop features all the highlights of the canyon: the striking Jacob Hamblin Arch, an exhilarating 400foot roped ascent out of the Water Tank/Sneaker Route, Steven’s Arch and adrenalineinducing Crack in the Wall and more all in one epic 2day 30mile backpacking loop.

The cross country portion is necessary to make it into a lollipop loop and allows us to hit the highlights of the trail. This also has an added excitement: the terrain across this portion is uniquely strange and Martianlooking, as most of the route is across large rolling hills of red sandstone. Along the way, add a dash of excitement by crawling under an old cow fence.
