Ruth Hansom shows us how to make a perfect Vegan Omelette using Crackd, The NoEgg Egg!

Ingredients:

80ml CRACKD vegan egg (3 vegan eggs)
20ml vegan cream
Salt and Pepper
Ingredients of your choice for the filling

Method:

1) Pre heat the oven to 180/160fan degrees.
2) Mix together Crackd and vegan cream with the salt and pepper in a bowl.
3) Put a little oil or vegan spread in a nonstick oven proof pan or an 8 inch nonstick cake tin and heat on the hob or in the oven for 23 minutes.
4) Pour in the egg mix and allow to cook for 1520 minutes in the oven, turning halfway through.
5) When the omelette is firm and set, spoon your fillings on and fold over.
