The New CRAFTSMAN R&P hammer Drill is Made in China but is very similar to the SMALLER Made in The USA Brushless CMCD721. You guys asked for a tool battle to see if the older technology of the USAmade model would compare to the new technology in the China version.

The USAmade CMCD721B is $119 and the Chinamade CMCD732B is $99 at Lowes. I hope you all would gladly pay $20 extra for the Made in the USA model, but if you need more convincing, you will also get a better VS trigger, an allmetal chuck, and more mental in the tool's body. The USAmade model is also smaller. Spend the $20.

The China model was superior in power, but not by much and most users would never know.

I really want CRAFTSMAN to make tools in the USA! It does not seem to be going that way at this point. There are so many things going against the MAde in the USA platform right now. I do not want to get into that as many views differ. I want the USA to be able to compete in a global market. I hope you do too.
