This week we're traveling ALL OVER the midwest and getting a variety of crafting done! I made some progress on my crazy quilt stocking all hand sewn because I don't have easy access to a machine, but I was able to use a lot of my secondhand notions like the rickrack and the thrifted fabric to make a good start on my festive stocking!

I also made a LOT of progress on my knitting, finishing the back of the sweater I'm working on (pattern linked down below). I'm very happy with how it turned out, and my roommate was able to get more yarn for me so that I can continue work on the front of the sweater once I return to Montreal!

I don't have the energy to write a whole new description, so here's some of the text from the first episode! In this episode we'll find a suitable and free Christmas stocking pattern for some future Crazy Quilting!

I'll pack up our suitcase, but not before going through all the various crafts I'll be bringing with me on tour, including knitting, future knitting bags and notions, fabric for quilting, some chicken scratch apron supplies, AND of course the inevitable garland and twinkle lights to make each and every hotel on our whirlwind 6 week tour feel like home for the holidays!
