Vitamin A is found on both chicken and broccoli. This vitamin is essential for muscle, lung, and heart function. Broccoli provide some vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, including vitamins C, K, A, folate, manganese, potassium, and phosphorus. Chicken breast is a very good source of vitamin B6, selenium, phosphorus, and niacin.
RECIPE
Broccoli – 250 grams cut into thin long slices
Chicken breast – 450 grams cut into thin slices
Garlic 4 cloves
Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice and fry them.
Next, to the pan, add 40 gram butter, followed by chopped garlic and oregano. Then add 80ml cooking cream and 60ml chicken stock/ water. When it comes to boil, add broccoli and chicken. Cook it for 810 minutes.
