The creamy garlic and mushroom pan is always very popular with me. I like hearty and simple meals that always turn out well. You can hardly go wrong. You can of course replace garlic with wild garlic at the moment. Then the parsley would also be left out.

Recipe ingredients for the garlic mushroom pan:
500 g white or brown mushrooms
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
200 ml white wine
150 ml of cream
Bunch of fresh parsley
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
salt
pepper
50 g butter for the pan
3 tablespoons of oil for the pan
